Venezia Giulia igp Vintage Tunina Jermann 2016 Blend OF 40% Sauvignon, 40% Chardonnay, 10% Istrian Malvasia, 5% yellow Ribolla, 5% Picolit. The grapes ARE picked WITH about 15 days delay. ONLY a small part OF the must IS fermented AND matured IN large barrels, while the larger mass just remains IN steel vats. THEN the wine IS aged IN glass FOR six months. IN the glass it IS straw yellow, WITH luminous gold highlights AND SOME emerald glare. A very wide range OF intense, enveloping AND easily identified aromas comes TO the nose: lime, pineapple, peach, lime, papaya, hawthorn, orange blossom, elderberry, kiwi, lemon verbena, wild flowers, wildflower honey. The whole ON a fine mineral background. Extremely elegant wine. IN the mouth it IS very tasty, warm, FULL-bodied AND soft due TO its glycerine content, WITH excellent freshness AND flavour, balanced, fine. Endless persistence WITH fruity, balsamic AND mineral aromas. Exciting wine that can age safely FOR another 5/6 years improving itself. Let's drink it WITH lobster WITH aromatic herb sauce, potato tortelli WITH pecorino cheese, ricotta AND broad beans, lamb chops WITH artichokes.
